Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be in perfect condition.
Be unused.
Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Include all accessories and documentation supplied with the order.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or an error has been made in the order fulfilment process, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Customised Products

In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, products that have been manufactured or customised according to the customer's specifications cannot be returned.

In particular, products ordered with custom RAL colours or any other bespoke modifications made specifically for the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal and are not eligible for return or refund.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@getjuliana.com within a reasonable period after delivery, providing photographs that clearly show the issue.

In such cases, we will cover the costs of replacement or refund, as appropriate.
